To maintain excellent schools by attracting and retaining exceptional teachers and counselors, protecting science, math, arts, reading and language instruction, supporting music, art and theater programs, and maintaining small class sizes, shall Albany Unified School District’s measure renewing parcel tax authority at $0.55/building square foot and $25/unimproved parcel, be adopted, raising $4,800,000 annually that cannot be taken by the State, until ended by voters, with senior exemptions, annual adjustments, audits, and all funds staying local?

To maintain excellent schools; attract and retain exceptional teachers and counselors; protect science, arts, language, library services, and reading and math support; limit class sizes; keep schools safe; and keep classroom technology and materials up-to-date; shall Albany Unified School District adopt a measure renewing an expiring $318 annual parcel tax, adding $130 annually, for six years, with senior exemptions, cost of living adjustments, and independent audits, raising $2,200,000 annually, with all funds staying local to benefit Albany students?

To rebuild Marin and Ocean View elementary schools with seismically safe school facilities that support modern learning standards in subjects such as science, accessibility, sustainability, and energy efficiency; and improve other school facilities; shall Albany Unified School District issue $70 Million of bonds at legal rates for the acquisition and improvement of land and facilities, with citizen oversight and all funds staying in Albany to benefit local schools?

To relieve Albanay Middle School overcrowding, construct classrooms, science labs, and flexible learning spaces that meet seismic safety and accessibility codes, replace old portables with modern classrooms, and acquire technology and equipment at all schools to support science, engineering, math, and the humanities; shall albany Unified School District issue $25 Million of bonds at legal rates, with independent oversight, no money for administrators' salaries, and all funds benefitting Albany schools?
