For the sole purpose of supporting Alpine County’s General Fund, shall an ordinance be adopted to increase the ‘hotel/motel’ tax rate upon visitors of vacation home rentals, hotels, motels, and similar facilities in Alpine County from 10% to 14% of rent charged to the visitor, providing approximately an additional $400,000 annually for the General Fund until repealed?

Shall the measure prohibiting the construction of a Biomass Facility and prohibiting Alpine County employees, officers, and elected officials from issuing permits or authorizing the use of public funds to analyze, study, or facilitate construction of a Biomass Facility in Eastern Alpine County be adopted?

Shall the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alpine enact an ordinance regulating the import of effluent into the County of Alpine from any source and set a permit fee for such imports?

To provide needed funding for emergency medical services, fire protection and fire supression services within the expanded Zone 1 of County Service Area No. 1 according to a cost allocation formula based on established land use categories, shall all owners of taxable parcels of real property pay an annual special tax for each of the next 10 years, as provided in Resolution No. R2019-27 of the Board of Supervisors?

Shall the County ordinance entitled The Fiscal Office Consolidation Act (consolidating the current elective offices of auditor, controller, treasure, and tax collector into a new appointive county office of director of finance) be approved and enacted?
