Shall the City of Imperial amend the current Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) paid only by hotel/motel/all other transient occupancies guests visiting the city from 8% to 12%, to support general municipal services such as street and road repair, parks and recreation, police and fire services, providing an estimated $600,000.00 annually, until repealed by voters, all funds benefiting Imperial residents?

Shall the office of City Clerk be appointive?

Should the office of the City Treasurer be appointive?

To fund general municipal expenses such as police, fire, roads and recreation, shall the City tax cannabis (marijuana) businesses at annual rates not to exceed $10.00 per canopy square foot for cultivation (adjustable for inflation), 6% of gross receipts for retail cannabis businesses, and 4% for all other cannabis businesses; which is expected to generate an estimated $40,000 to $60,000 annually and will be levied until repealed by the voters or the City Council?

Shall Sally Traylor be recalled (removed) from the office of City Clerk?

Shall the Imperial Municipal code be amended in increase the Transient Occupancy Tax (a hotel bed tax paid when over eight visitors rent a room) from 8% to 10% to fund essential public services, maintain public areas and support quality of life activites and to maintain consistency with neighboring communities' hotel tax rates, effective January 1, 2015?
