In order to assure that the City of Yreka’s finances are overseen by a trained and qualified individual, shall the office of City Treasurer be changed from elective to appointive?

Shall the office of City Clerk be an appointed position?

To pay for essential City services such as: improving law enforcement response to violent crimes, burglaries and property offenses; repairing potholes and streets; and maintaining the Yreka’s long-term financial stability, shall Ordinance #843 be adopted to impose a ½ percent transaction and use (sales) tax on an ongoing basis, providing about $950,000 annually, with audits and all funds staying local?

Shall the City of Weed adopt an Ordinance amending 3.24.040 of the Municipal Code to increase the rate of the City's Sales and Use Tax by 0.25% to fund the operation, maintenance, and improvement of a public library operated within the city limits of the City of Weed, to fund a portion of the costs of providing senior programs and services, and for general municipal purposes including police, fire protection and street maintenance and improvements?[

Shall an ordinance be adopted to allow the keeping of backyard chickens in the City of Yreka?
