Under a no-tax-rate-increase financing plan, shall the Calaveras Unified School District measure to renovate and improve aging classrooms and schools, including: career technical education facilities, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems, and access to modern technology, authorizing $32,800,000 in bonds, be adopted, with legal rates, estimated levy averaging less than 4 cents per $100 of assessed value ($1.8 million annually) through 2050, citizen oversight, annual audits, and no funds spent on administrator salaries?
