With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Black Oak Mine Unified School District's measure to expand classrooms for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM); replace leaky roofs/plumbing; and enhance labs for Coding, Robotics, Woodworking, Circuitry, and Career Training be adopted, authorizing $12.7 million of bonds with average levies below $40 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $1.2 million annually) while outstanding, legal rates, audits, citizen oversight, and full public disclosure of all spending?

To improve the quality of education; repair or replace leaky roofs; upgrade and modernize outdated classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; and replace outdated HVAC systems; shall Black Oak Mine Unified School District's measure be adopted authorizing $28,900,000 of bonds at legal rates, generating on average $1,496,000 annually at a rate of approximately 3.9 cents per $100 assessed value while bonds are outstanding, with annual audits, independent citizens' oversight committee, NO money for salaries and all money staying local?

To improve the quality of education facilities; upgrade classrooms, restrooms and schools; repair/replace roofs; and renovate electrical/plumbing/sewer systems; shall Black Oak Mine Unified School District’s measure be adopted authorizing the issuance of $29,868,000 of bonds at legal interest rates, generating on average $1,653,000 annually as long as bonds are outstanding at a rate of approximately 4.9 cents per $100 assessed value, with audits, independent citizen’ oversight committee, no money for salaries, and all money on local projects?
