To improve Wasco Union High School by constructing a new gymnasium; upgrading repairing, constructing, reconstructing and equipping related facilities to better serve students and the community; to qualify for potential State matching funds, shall Wasco Union High School District issue $38,950,000 in bonds repaying an annual average of $2,235,000, at approximately $29.41 per $100,000 of assessed value, while bonds are outstanding, at legal interest rates, with no funding for employee salaries or pensions, and required audits and citizens' oversight?

To improve Wasco Union High School by upgrading facilities, including new gymnasium and swimming pool; repairing, constructing, reconstructing and equipping educational facilities to better serve students and community; to qualify for potential State matching funds, shall Wasco Union High School District issue $40,500,000 in bonds repaying an annual average of $2,650,000, at approximately $29.65 per $100,000 of assessed value, while bonds are outstanding, at legal interest rates, with no funding for employee salaries or pensions, and required audits and citizens' oversight?

Shall there be formed a unified school district on the boundaries of the Wasco High School District, with the entire territory of the high school district included for high school purposes, so that the Wasco High School District and Wasco Elementary School District will be unified for all purposes while the Lost Hills, Maple and Semitropic Elementary School Districts shall retain their independence and separate identity for elementary school purposes as authorized by Education Code section 35542(b)?
