Shall the measure to provide funding for San Bernardino County infrastructure and services, increasing the transient occupancy tax (paid by occupants of hotels/vacation rentals) to 11% providing approximately an additional $9,400,000 annually for general government use until ended by voters, with these funds continuing to be audited as part of the County's external independent annual audit , and providing that all funds be locally controlled, be adopted?

Shall the amendments to the San Bernardino County Charter regarding law enforcement staffing and community protection within the unincorporated areas of the County be adopted?

Shall the amendments to the San Bernardino County Charter for taxpayer protection and government reform be adopted?

(ADVISORY) Do the people of San Bernardino County want San Bernardino County elected representatives to study and advocate for all options to obtain the County’s fair share of state funding, up to and including secession from the State of California?

Shall the order adopted on January 20, 2021, by the Local Agency Formation Commission for San Bernardino County ordering a reorganization affecting Town of Apple Valley and County Service Area 70 and providing for the annexation to the Town of Apple Valley and detachment from County Service Area 70 of the territory described in that order and designated as LAFCO 3244, be confirmed subject to the terms and conditions specified in the order?

Shall the revised Charter approved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino at its regular meeting on July 28, 2020, for submission to the voters, be ratified and adopted as the Charter of the County of San Bernardino?

Shall the measure entitled “The San Bernardino County Supervisor Compensation Reduction and Term Limits” that will amend the County Charter to impose a term limit of one term for all Districts beginning December of 2020 and reduce the total compensation for each member of the Board of Supervisors to $5,000 per month be adopted?

Shall the order adopted on February 19, 2020, by the Local Agency Formation Commission for San Bernardino County ordering the reorganization to include formation of the Spring Valley Lake Community Services District together with the formation of Zone A for solid waste and street sweeping and the Dissolution of County Service Area 64, known as LAFCO 3233A, be approved subject to the terms and conditions as more particularly described in the order?

Shall an appropriations limit, as defined by Subdivision (h) of Section 8 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution be established for the Wrightwood Community Services District, Counties of San Bernardino and Los Angeles, State of California, in the amount of $660,612?

Shall an ordinance imposing a Cannabis Business Tax of up to $10.00 per square foot for cultivators and up to 6% of gross receipts on other businesses operating in the City of San Bernardino, estimated to initially raise between $810,000 to $2,475,000 annually, with funds staying local for unrestricted general revenue purposes, including but not limited to, police services, street repairs, parks and library services until ended by voters be adopted?

Shall an ordinance amending and reenacting Chapter 5.10 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, to regulate commercial cannabis businesses, be adopted?

Shall the Morongo Valley Fire and Rescue Assessment be converted into a special parcel tax of $350 per year, adjusted for inflation, to use in funding fire protection and paramedic services provided by the Morongo Valley Community Services District?

Shall GEOFFREY BERNER be recalled (removed) from the office of Director?

(ADVISORY) Shall the Helendale Community Services District pursue the exercies of legal authority to provide local police protection services at a cost that will be paid by customers of, and/or property owners in, the District in amounts and in a manner to be determined later in accordance with applicable legal requirements?

Shall County Service Area 70, P-6 (El Mirage) levy an annual Special Tax of $12 per parcel beginning in FY 2016/17 with an annual inflationary increase of 3.75% each year thereafter for the provision of recreation and park services?

Shall County Service Area 68 (Valley of the Moon), Zone R-1 be authorized to levy an annual special tax in an amount not to exceed $125.00 with a 2.5% cost of living increase to provide road paving and related road services commencing on July 1, 2013, and continuing each year thereafter?

Shall the Charter of the County of San Bernardino be amended to enact a permanent cap on compensation and mandatory transparency for members of the County Board of Supervisors?

Shall the County Charter be amended to change the elected office of County Supervisor to a part-time position, eliminate the current Charter provisions relating to salaries of all elected County officials, establish monthly compensation for the office of County Supervisor at $5,000 plus cola not to exceed 5% annually, establish a total annual budget for each County Supervisor at five times the Supervisor’s compensation, and redefine retirement benefits for the position of County Supervisor?
