To modernize high schools in San Rafael and Terra Linda, including: updating science labs, technology and career/ job training classrooms for current educational standards; updating classrooms for arts/ music; and updating classrooms/ facilities for health, safety and wellness; shall San Rafael City High School District’s measure to issue $216,000,000 in bonds at legal rates be adopted, providing approximately $11,100,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, averaging 3¢ per $100 of assessed value, with independent oversight, annual audits, and all funds improving local schools?

To protect quality education at San Rafael high schools by maintaining stable local funding the State can’t take away, including: enhancing core academic programs like math, science, technology, music/art; maintaining small class sizes; prepare students for college/careers; and attracting/retaining high quality teachers, shall the San Rafael City High School District measure renewing funding at the current $196 rate and adding $36 per parcel, be adopted, providing $5,400,000 annually for 8 years with senior exemptions, annual adjustments/independent oversight?

To upgrade and repair schools with local funding that cannot be taken by the State, shall San Rafael City High School District update, renovate/construct science, technology, engineering, math/core academic classrooms, replace aging electrical, plumbing/HVAC systems, make classrooms accessible for students with disabilities, repair, construct, acquire/equip classrooms, sites and facilities by issuing $160,500,000 of bonds at legal rates, with citizen oversight, no money for administrators’ salaries, benefits or pensions, and all funds used for local high schools?
