With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Mammoth Unified School District's measure to construct classrooms; upgrade heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems; improve school facilities; and construct teacher/staff housing to attract and retain qualified employees be adopted, authorizing $70 million in bonds, at legal rates, levying approximately $37 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $4.5 million annually) while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and full disclosure of spending?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Mammoth Unified School District’s measure to construct below-market rental housing to attract/retain qualified teachers/staff, classrooms, and physical education facilities; repair roofs; and update heating/air conditioning be adopted, authorizing $70 million in bonds, at legal rates, levying approximately $37 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $4.5 million annually) while bonds are outstanding, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and full disclosure of spending?

To maintain adequate funding and high quality academic programs for all Mammoth Unified schools for the purpose of preserving smaller classes, attracting and retaining highly qualified teachers, strengthening core curriculum, and enhancing technology, art, music, math, science and athletics, shall Mammoth Unified School District extend the current $59 annual education parcel tax for five years with exemptions for senior citizens' primary residences and overseen by an independent citizen's oversight committee?

To renovate and improve aging classrooms/schools, including deteriorating roofs, enhance safety/technology infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, construct and equip science labs, classrooms, school facilities, and qualify for State matching funds, shall Mammoth Unified School District issue $63.1 million in bonds, with legal rates, estimated repayment amounts averaging $3,675,000 raised annually for approximately 33 years, projected tax rates of 4 to 6 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, independent citizens' oversight, audits, and no money for operating expenses?
