To make campus security/safety improvements, repair/replace roofs, modernize/renovate classrooms and school facilities, and replace outdated technology, shall the Morongo Unified School District measure authorizing $55,600,000 in bonds, at legal rates, with estimated repayment amounts averaging $3,280,000 annually estimated through 2053, projected average tax rate of 3.686 cents per $100 assessed value, a board appointed citizens’ oversight committee and annual independent audits to assure proper expenditure of funds and no money for teachers’ salaries, be adopted?
