To provide students with improved learning environments, build classrooms to maintain smaller classes, replace older portable classrooms with permanent buildings, construct science labs, and improve career technical facilities, shall Ripon Unified School District be authorized to issue $38,500,000 in bonds at legal rates, raising an average of approximately $2,400,000 annually to repay issued bonds through maturity from levies of approximately $0.036 per $100 of assessed valuation, requiring a citizen’s oversight committee, audits, and no money for administrator salaries?

For the election of one member of the governing board of the Ripon Unified School District residing in each trustee area elected by the registered voters in that trustee area.

To replace outdated portable facilities with new permanent classrooms to reduce annual maintenance and repair costs, construct libraries and science labs, modernize support facilities, improve student safety, reduce operating costs and increase energy efficiency, and provide the local match for State grants, shall the Ripon Unified School District be authorized to issue up to $ 25,236,190 in bonds at legal interest rates, with an independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee, annual audits, and no money for administrator salaries?
