With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Atascadero Unified School District's measure to renovate vocational and career technical education labs; expand classrooms for Robotics, Coding, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics; and repair leaky roofs, plumbing and classrooms be adopted, authorizing $110 million of bonds with legal rates, average levies below $46 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $6.4 million annually while outstanding), audits, taxpayer oversight and full public disclosure of spending?

To expand vocational/career education facilities for programs including engineering, technology, robotics, construction trades and agricultural science; improve school security/student safety; upgrade school emergency preparedness; build additional school facilities as needed; and create local construction jobs; shall Atascadero Unified School District’s measure be adopted authorizing $40 million of bonds with legal interest rates, levies averaging less than five cents per $100 assessed valuation for 14 years ($3.3 million/year for bond repayment), annual audits and independent oversight?

To continue the work of Measure I-10 by modernizing and expanding vocational education facilities, repairing aging schools throughout the District, improving student computer access, and constructing a high school science, technology, engineering and mathematics facility, shall $58 million of Atascadero Unified School District bonds, previously approved in November 2010, be reauthorized through issuance of new bonds with interest rates below legal limits, independent citizens oversight, no money for administrator salaries and no increase in total authorized District debt?
