With funds the' State cannot take and spend elsewhere, shall Cabrillo Unified School District's measure to improve classrooms and ensure disability access at Hatch Elementary, El Granada Elementary, Farallone View Elementary, Kings Mountain Elementary, Cunha Intermediate and Half Moon Bay High and increase competitiveness· in attracting/ retaining employees by constructing . teacher /staff housing be adopted, authorizing $153.4 million of bonds with average levies below $55 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising' $8,700,000 annually while outstanding), legal rates, citizen oversight, State matching funds eligibility, audits, and public disclosure of spending?

With funds that cannot be taken by the State and. spent elsewhere, shall Cabrillo Unified School District's replacement parcel tax be adopted, raising $2.14 million per year to attract and retain top-tier educators; increase teacher/ staff wages; expand Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math, and career and college preparation programs at Hatch Elementary, El Granada Elementary, Farallone View Elementary, Kings Mountain Elementary, Cunha Intermediate and Half Moon Bay High at $198 per parcel for eight years with senior citizen exemptions and full public disclosure of all spending?

To maintain quality education in Coastside schools without increasing taxes; preserve strong academic programs in reading, writing, science, technology, engineering, arts, math; retain qualified teachers/staff; prepare students for college and careers; and maintain school safety and security; shall a measure to renew its expiring $150 education parcel tax for eight years be adopted, raising approximately $1,600,000 annually with independent citizen oversight, exemptions for seniors and others, and all funds staying in Coastside schools?

To update classrooms and science labs in schools; perform essential safety repairs; fix leaky roofs; equip classrooms with 21st-century learning technology; replace aging heating/plumbing; and construct/equip classrooms, shall Cabrillo Unified School District issue $99,000,000 in bonds, at legal interest rates, raising amounts needed each year to repay bonds while outstanding, at an estimated rate of $52 per $100,000 of assessed value, with citizen oversight, annual audits, no funds for administrator salaries, and funds staying local?

Without increasing the current tax rate and to continue student achievement in Coastside elementary, middle and high schools by preserving strong science, math, reading and writing programs; retaining qualified teachers and staff; maintaining updated classroom technology; and keeping all district schools open, shall Cabrillo Unified School District renew its expiring $150 education parcel tax for five years with citizen oversight, a senior citizen exemption, no funds for administrators’ salaries, and all funds staying in Coastside schools?

To improve the quality of education in local schools by replacing leaky roofs; performing essential safety repairs on classrooms and facilities; updating science labs; equipping classrooms with 21st Century technology; maximizing energy efficiency and water conservation to save money; and renovating, constructing, and equipping classrooms and facilities; shall Cabrillo Unified School District issue $81 million in bonds at legal rates, with citizen oversight, annual audits, no funds for administrators’ salaries and all funds staying in local schools?
