With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Jefferson Union High School District's measure to attract and retain highly qualified teachers, counselors, and staff; offer more competitive wages and benefits; and expand classes for career training/college preparedness at Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, and Westmoor High Schoolsbe adopted, replacing its expiring annual parcel tax at $95 per parcel for ten years (raising $3.3 million annually) with senior citizen exemptions, and public disdosure of all spending?

To improve student safety /campus security including emergency communication/ notification systems and renovate/ construct classrooms and facilities at Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, Westmoor and Adult-Ed High Schools shall Jefferson Union High School District's measure authorizing $163 million in bonds be approved with legal interest rates, raising an average $10.2 million per year until repaid, estimated average annual tax levies less than $0.03 per $100 assessed valuation, annual audits, citizens' oversight and no increase in current estimated tax rates?

To continue to repair, upgrade and construct classrooms, administration centers and educational facilities at Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, Westmoor and Adult-Ed High Schools; shall Jefferson Union High School District's measure to reauthorize as new bonds $28.39 million of bonds approved by voters in 2014 with legal rates, estimated average annual levies less than $0.01 per $100 of assessed valuation while bonds are outstanding (generating $1.9 million dollars/year), annual audits and independent oversight be approved?

To improve school safety, protect vital educational programs and attract and retain highly qualified teachers and staff, shall Jefferson Union High School District (including Jefferson, Oceana, Shasta, Terra Nova, Thornton, Westmoor, and Adult-Ed High Schools) levy $58 per parcel for 10 years (raising $2.0 million annually) with an exemption for senior citizens, independent taxpayer oversight, annual audits, and no funds used for administrative salaries or taken by the State and spent elsewhere?

To build affordable rental housing so teachers and school staff can live in the communities where they work, shall Jefferson Union High School District (including Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, Westmoor and Adult- Ed High Schools) issue $33 million of bonds with an average tax levy of 0.7 cents per $100 of assessed valuation while the bonds are outstanding ($2.3 million per year), legal rates, annual audits and independent taxpayer oversight?

To protect quality education for all students with funds that cannot be taken by the state by: enhancing math, science, reading/writing skills; providing career training, college preparation/21st-century computer instruction; and attracting/retaining qualified teachers, shall Jefferson Union High School District replace its expiring parcel tax at $60 per parcel annually for 10 years, with exemptions, including seniors, independent citizen oversight, no money for administrators and all funds benefitting students in Brisbane, Broadmoor, Coloma, Daly City and Pacifica?

To repair and replace leaky roofs, gutters and drains; upgrade classrooms with up-to-date computers and technology; and repair and construct classrooms, libraries and educational facilities at Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton, Westmoor and Adult-Ed High Schools; shall Jefferson Union High School District be authorized to issue $133,000,000 of bonds with interest rates below legal limits, independent citizen oversight, no money for administrator salaries, all funds spent locally and no funds taken by the State?

To continue renovating, equipping and constructing classrooms/school facilities including Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Thornton and Westmoor High Schools and reduce overall borrowing costs, shall $41,900,000 of Jefferson Union High School District bonds, previously approved by voters in November 2006, be reauthorized through issuance of new bonds, with no increase in total authorized District debt, interest rates below legal limits, independent citizen oversight, no money for administrator salaries, and funds spent locally and not taken by the State?

To protect quality education for all students, with funds that cannot be taken by the State, by: enhancing math, science, reading and writing skills; providing career training, college preparation and 21st century computer instruction; attracting and retaining qualified teachers; shall Jefferson Union High School District levy $48 annually per parcel for four years, exempting senior citizens, with independent citizen oversight, no money for administrators’ salaries, and all funds benefiting Jefferson, Oceana, Terra Nova, Westmoor and Thornton high schools?
