To support quality education in local elementary and middle schools and provide stable local funding to maintain excellent core academic programs in reading, writing, math, and science, retain highly qualified teachers; and provide support for struggling students; shall Campbell Union Elementary School District authorize an annual $49 school parcel tax for 8 years with independent fiscal oversight, an exemption for seniors and qualified disabled citizens, no funds for administrators’ salaries and all funds benefitting our schools?
