With funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall Siskiyou Union High School District’s measure to replace leaky roofs; update classrooms for Career Technical Education programs; and renovate Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEAM) facilities at Happy Camp High, McCloud High, Mount Shasta High and Weed High be adopted, authorizing $22 million of bonds with legal rates, audits, average levies below $29 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $1.3 million annually) while outstanding, citizen oversight, and full public disclosure of spending?

To expand vocational education/science labs and educational facilities; upgrade school security/student safety including fire alarms/emergency smoke filtration systems; improve technology/remote access; retrofit/repair classrooms at Happy Camp, McCloud, Mt. Shasta and Weed High Schools and create local construction jobs, shall Siskiyou Union High Scholl District’s measure authorizing $3,000,000 in bonds be adopted, levying an average less than $8/$100,000 assessed valuation (raising $228,928 annually until repaid), at legal rates, annual audits, independent oversight and all funds spent locally?
