To improve Lassen View Elementary School; construct/modernize classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; repair leaky roofs; make health, safety and security improvements; and replace outdated HVAC systems; shall the Lassen View Union Elementary School District measure authorizing $3,500,000 in bonds, at legal interest rates, and levying approximately $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation (raising $232,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, be adopted, with a board appointed citizens’ oversight committee and annual independent audits to assure proper expenditure of funds?

To modernize and renovate classrooms and buildings; make campus security and safety improvements; install air conditioning units; and improve access for students with disabilities, shall the Lassen View Union Elementary School District measure authorizing $2,700,000 in bonds, at legal interest rates, be adopted, levying approximately 3 cents per $100 of assessed valuation ($186,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, with a board appointed citizens' oversight committee and annual independent audits to assure proper expenditure of funds?
