To construct, renovate, and modernize outdated classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; repair or replace leaky roofs; upgrade inadequate electrical systems; and provide new classrooms; shall Mupu Elementary School District’s measure be adopted authorizing $800,000 of bonds at legal interest rates, generating approximately $49,500 annually while bonds are outstanding with levies of approximately 0.03 cents per $100 assessed value, with annual audits, independent citizens’ oversight, no money for salaries and all money for local projects?
