Shall the City of Adelanto update its 1988 Flat Rate Business License Tax; this updated rate will be paid by local employers, based on the size of the business' annual sales (ranging from 0.125% to 0.40%); this will enable larger companies to pay their fair share of city services; this update will directly benefit the City General Fund by approximately $1.2 million annually, should this be adopted?

Shall the City of Adelanto's measure to fund public safety, parks/recreation programs, capital improvements such as roadway projects, and illegal dumping enforcement, approving a vacant parcel tax that only applies to vacant land and does not apply to occupied residential properties or operating business properties, at rates based on zoning ranging from $50.00 to $600.00/acre annually for 20 years raising about $6,200,000/year that includes citizen oversight, be adopted?

Shall the City of Adelanto 's measure, to fund parks/recreation programs, capital improvements/other infrastructure projects, public safety, and to fight illegal dumping and blight, enacting a vacant property tax on parcels used less than 50 days per year, at rates ranging from $50.00/acre to $600.00/acre annually, for 20 years, based on zoning, raising about $6,200,000/year, with citizen oversight and hardship exemptions for seniors and low-income individuals, be adopted?

Shall the City of Adelanto adopt an ordinance enacting a tax on cannabis businesses of up to $5.00 per square foot of space utilized for cannabis cultivation and nurseries, and up to 5% of gross receipts from the retail sale, delivery, manufacturing, processing, testing and distribution of cannabis and related products, generating approximately $2,500,000 annually for general City services, such as police and emergency response, parks and youth/senior services, and street repair, until ended by voters?

Shall the Adelanto City Council be authorized to impose excise taxes in the amount of not more than five percent on each type of commerical marijuana activity in the City of Adelanto?

Shall the Adelanto City Council be authorized to impose a tax on each business licensed or operating within the City in the amount of not more than 0.05 percent of the gross revenue attributable to that business's revenue earned from within the City?

To address Adelanto's Fiscal Emergency/prevent bankruptcy; prevent elimination of fire protection services; protect 9-1-1 emergency response, police protection, gang/crime prevention, senior services, and other essential general services; and to protect local businesses/jobs and restore fiscal stability; shall the City of Adelanto adopt a temporary 7.95% Utility Users Tax for 7 years only, with low income senior discounts, annual audits, citizens' oversight, and requiring funds be used locally?
