Shall the Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council’s membership be reduced from thirteen councilmembers to five councilmembers, all five of whom to be elected at-large to serve four-year terms, except that, for those councilmembers elected at the November 5, 2024 election, the three candidates receiving the highest number of votes to serve initial four-year terms commencing January 1, 2025, and the two candidates receiving the next highest number of votes to serve initial two-year terms commencing January 1, 2025?

Shall the measure set forth in Resolution No. 080010 of the County of San Mateo continuing the levy of a special tax for four years at a maximum rate of $65 per parcel, raising up to approximately $90,000 per year, for extended police and structural fire protection services in County Services Area No. 1 be adopted?

To preserve Caltrain service and support regional economic recovery, prevent traffic congestion, make Caltrain more affordable and accessible, reduce air pollution with cleaner and quieter electric trains, make travel times faster, and increase Caltrain frequency and capacity between Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties, shall the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board's resolution levying a 30-year one-eighth cent sales tax with oversight and audits, providing approximately $100 million annually for Caltrain that the State cannot take away, be adopted?

Shall the measure set forth in Resolution No. 077299 of the County of San Mateo continuing the levy of a special tax for four years at a maximum rate of $65 per parcel per year for extended police and structural fire protection services be adopted?

Shall the La Honda Road territory consisting of ten houses and 23 undeveloped parcels of the La Honda Vista Subdivision in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County be transferred from the La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District to the Portola Valley School District and Sequoia Union High School District, such that by operation of the law, persons residing in that territory would become residents of the Portola Valley School District and Sequoia Union High School District, and be subject to those districts' parcel taxes, effective July 1, 2020?

Shall voters authorize a plan to reduce auto and truck traffic, relieve crowding on BART, unclog freeway bottlenecks, and improve bus, ferry, BART and commuter rail service as specified in the plan in this voter pamphlet, with a $1 toll increase effective in 2019, a $1increase in 2022, and a $1 increase in 2025, on all Bay Area toll bridges except the Golden Gate Bridge, with independent oversight of all funds?

To ensure San Mateo County quality of life by retaining/improving critical facilities/services, such as: providing affordable homes for seniors, people with disablilties, veterans, families; enhancing public transit; combatting human trafficking; addressing sea level rise; maintaining safe schools and neighborhoods; high-quality preschool and reading programs; park maintenance; and low-income healthcare, shall San Mateo County extend the existing hal-cent sales tax, without increasing the rate, providing $85,000,000 annually for 20 years that the State cannot take away?

To protect San Francisco Bay for future generations by reducing trash, pollution and harmful toxins, improving water quality, restoring habitat for fish, birds and wildlife, protecting communities from floods, and increasing shoreline public access, shall the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority authorize a parcel tax of $12 per year, raising approximately $25 million annually for twenty years with independent citizen oversight, audits, and all funds staying local?

Shall Resolution No. 074361 of the County of San Mateo continuing the levy of a special tax for four years at a maximum rate of $65 per parcel per year for extended police and structural fire protection services be approved?

Shall the Merimont territory consisting of seventy (70) parcels located along Merimont Circle, Marbella Lane, and Alden Court in San Bruno, California, be transferred from the South San Francisco Unified School District to the San Bruno Park School District and San Mateo Union High School District, such that by operation of law, persons residing within that territory would become residents of the San Bruno Park School District and San Mateo Union High School District, and be subject to those districts’ parcel taxes, effective July 1, 2016?

Shall the San Mateo County Charter be amended so that each member of the Board of Supervisors will cease to be elected by an at-large vote of all the voters in the County, but is instead elected only by the voters of his or her district?

Shall the San Mateo County Charter be amended to change the elected position of Controller to an appointed position?

To ensure San Mateo County quality of life by retaining critical facilities/services, such as: child abuse prevention, 911 dispatch, fire prevention, after-school, library reading/homework programs; keeping parks open; maintaining seismically safe hospital/emergency rooms which may include substantial funding to replace Seton Hospital/emergency room for low-income children/seniors/disabled; and other County services, shall San Mateo County levy a half-cent sales tax, for ten years, which the State cannot take away, with oversight/independent audits?

Shall Chapter 5.150 be added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code, imposing a business license tax of two and one-half percent (2.5%) of gross receipts on operators of vehicle rental businesses located in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County?

Shall Chapter 5.136 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code be amended to increase the rate of tax, imposed on occupants of lodging within the unincorporated County who reside in such lodging for thirty consecutive calendar days or less, from ten percent to twelve percent of the rent charged by operators of such lodging?

Shall Chapter 5.152 be added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code, imposing a business license tax of eight percent of gross receipts on operators of commercial parking facilities located in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County?

Shall Resolution No. 071831 of the County of San Mateo continuing the levy of a special tax for four years at a maximum rate of $65 per parcel per year for extended police and structural fire protection services be approved?
