Shall the measure to add 157 acres owned by Green Island Property, LLC to the City of American Canyon Urban Limit Line and amend the General Plan to expand potential city industrial development be adopted?

Shall an ordinance be adopted by the City of American Canyon to limit years of service by the Councilmember to a combined total of three (3) four-year terms?

To increase, improve, and preserve affordable and workforce housing in the City of American Canyon, shall an ordinance be adopted to levy an ongoing transient occupancy tax (hotel tax) of 1% on hotel charges, increasing the maximum hotel tax rate from 12% to 13%, with all revenue from the new tax (estimated: $140,000 annually) to be restricted to providing programs and services for affordable workforce housing?

Shall the City of American Canyon approve an ordinance authorizing an increase in the term of the mayor's office from two (2) years to four (4) years, to be effective immediately for the elected mayor? (If this portion of the Measure fails , the elected mayor shall serve for a term of two (2) years as provided by Municipal Code section 2.02.030.)
