Shall the measure funding Artesia general services such as maintaining 911 emergency response, crime prevention programs involving thefts/burglaries, neighborhood sheriff patrols; repairing streets/potholes/sidewalks; cleaning/maintaining public areas; maintaining safe routes to schools programs, youth gang prevention programs and street lighting by enacting a ¾¢ sales tax providing approximately $2,500,000 annually until ended by voters; requiring audits/public spending disclosure/all funds benefit Artesia residents, be adopted?

Shall a measure be adopted to amend the Artesia General Plan 2030, the Artesia Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan, and the Artesia Municipal Code to require "major modifications" to the Artesia Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan to be approved by voters?

To improve general City services, such as law enforcement, parks, youth/senior services, and street repair, shall a measure enacting a tax on cannabis or hemp businesses up to $20.00 per square foot for cultivation, and 15% of gross receipts for all other cannabis or hemp businesses, estimated to generate approximately $200,000 - $400,000, annually, until ended by voters, be adopted?

Shall a measure be adopted establishing a 3/4% transactions and use (sales) tax providing approximately $2,200,000 annually until ended by voters, to fund general City services, such as public safety, parks and recreation services, maintaining public infrastructure like streets, sidewalks, parks and facilities, requiring annual independent audits with all funds benefiting Artesia residents?

Shall a measure be adopted amending the Artesia Municipal Code to increase the Transient Occupancy Tax rate from 12.5% to 15%, providing approximately $84,000 in additional annual revenue until ended by voters to maintain general City services such as public safety, parks and recreation services, maintaining public infrastructure like streets, sidewalks, parks and facilities; and applying the tax to all rent charged to hotel guests, including by online travel and short term rental companies, for transient occupancy of any hotel?

Shall the Artesia Public Safety, Parks, and General City Services Ordinance be adopted to enact a general purpose utility user tax at a rate of 4.9% for charges made for certain utility services, to provide funding for general fund purposes, including, without limitation, 9-1-1 response, crime/gang prevention, and neighborhood police patrols; community center improvements for teen, after-school recreation and senior programs; neighborhood streets, alleys, potholes sidewalks and roads; and other general City services?

To provide the City of Artesia with additional revenue to maintain services such as neighborhood police patrols/911 response, gang prevention, pothole/street repairs with funds that require independent audits and that cannot be taken by the state, shall the Artesia Local Services Ordinance be adopted to update/increase its existing business license tax rate schedules based on type/size of business, with no rate increase for small businesses with gross annual receipts of less than $150,000?
