Shall a measure be adopted by the City of Avalon enacting a one percentage point (1%) increase to Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), increasing the total tax from 12 to 13 percent, and reserving the increase percentage for the general fund, generating approximately $500,000.00 annually for general government use for a period of 10 years?

For the sole purpose of improving or replacing the Catalina Island Medical Center and related administration/financing costs, shall a measure be adopted imposing a maximum $2.00 special tax per passenger arriving to or departing from the City by cruise ship, ferry or aircraft; and imposing a $1.00 special tax per vessel per day renting moorings within the City, generating approximately $1,200,000.00 annually, until ended by voters?

For the sole purpose of improving or replacing the Catalina Island Medical Center and related administration and financing costs, shall the Avalon Municipal Code be amended to impose a one dollar ($1.00) special tax per passenger arriving to or departing from the City of Avalon by cruise ship, ferry or aircraft, generating approximately $1,900,000 annually in funding for the Medical Center, until ended by voters?

Shall the Avalon Municipal Code be amended to permit up to two medical marijuana dispensaries and similar facilities, both fixed and mobile, to operate within the City, and to permit the cultivation, manufacture and processing of medical marijuana products, subject to specified standards, and further subject to a $10,000 annual license tax and a 12% transaction fee/tax on each individual medical marijuana sale, until repealed by voters, and generating approximately $200,000 annually?
