Shall the measure, entitled City of Bell Transactions and Use Tax Measure, establishing a three-quarter cent per dollar (0.75%) general sales tax, annually providing an estimated $1.5 million in revenue, until ended by voters, with funds being deposited into the City of Bell General Fund for Public Safety (Police and Fire); Youth and Seniors Recreation Programs and Services; and for general government use, be adopted?

Shall the measure, entitled City of Bell Transactions and Use Tax Measure, establishing a three quarter cent per dollar (0.75%) general sales tax, annually providing an estimated $1.4 million in revenue, until ended by voters, with funds being deposited into the City's General Fund for police, streets, buildings, parks, recreation and other general functions of the City be adopted?

Shall the City Charter be amended to: revise Councilmember candidate residency requirements to 30 days, limit Councilmember compensation for sitting on multiple City bodies, require written expense reimbursement policies, limit indemnification of elected officials, establish a citizen planning commission, changing recall procedures, eliminate the assistant chief administrative officer position, prohibiting conflicts of interest or financial interests in City contracts, and prohibit franchises of indefinite duration, all consistent with state law?
