Shall the Bellflower City Charter to establish Bellflower as a charter city, which would give Bellflower more authority over city affairs and local laws to make sure they are tailored to the specific needs of the City; give the City more local control in determining land use; reduce the influence of outside agencies, including the State of California; and would require all changes to the charter be approved by voters, be approved?

Shall the "Ordinance to maintain Bellflower's long term financial stability; fund emergency and safety responses; keep public areas clean/safe; ensure the supply of clean drinking water; retain local businesses; address homelessness; repair streets; maintain afterschool/youth, disabled/Senior Programs; and fund other General Municipal Services by establishing a ¾ cent transactions and use (sales) tax, raising approximately $4,500,000 annually to maintain Bellflower's General Municipal Services, with audits and public disclosure of spending," effective unless voter terminated be adopted?

Shall Members of the City Council of the City of Bellflower be elected by-districts described in Ordinance No.1302 instead of at-large?

Shall the proposition by the City of Bellflower to sell the Bellflower Municipal Water System to California-American Water Company be adopted?

Shall an ordinance to offset State financial cuts and help the City of Bellflower maintain and restore City services including: neighborhood Sheriff’s patrols; local Sheriff’s substation hours; drug, bullying and gang prevention/enforcement; graffiti removal; school safety/after-school programs; pothole repairs; and other services, by temporarily increasing Bellflower’s utility users’ tax by 2% for 5 years; with audits, low-income senior exemptions, citizens’ oversight and all funds used for local purposes, be adopted?
