To maintain fire protection, improve 911 emergency response times, provide 24 hours per day, seven days a week staffed fire/emergency response services instead of the current 9 hours per day, shall Templeton Community Services District Ordinance No. 2019-1 levying an annual special tax of $180 per parcel, providing $486,000 a year until ended by voters, subject to annual CPI adjustment capped at 2% with citizens’ oversight, and annual reports be adopted?

Shall an ordinance be adopted amending the San Luis Obispo County General Plan and County Code to prohibit any new petroleum extraction and all well stimulation treatments, as defined in the full-text of the measure, including hydraulic fracturing and acid well stimulation, on all lands within the unincorporated area of the county?

Shall Cambria Community Services District Ordinance 01-2018, which imposes an annual special tax of sixty-two dollars and fifteen cents ($62.15) on each parcel of real property in the Cambria Community Services District to fund three (3) full time firefighters, be approved and shall the Cambria Community Services District appropriations limit be increased by the amount of this voter-approved tax?

Shall an ordinance be adopted imposing a Cannabis Business Tax of up to 10% on gross receipts of cannabis businesses operating in unincorporated areas of San Luis Obispo County, estimated to initially raise between 1.4 to 5 million dollars annually, depending on amount of gross receipts, with funds staying local for unrestricted general revenue purposes, including but not limited to public safety, health, environmental protection and addressing industry impacts, unless repealed or amended by voters?

To improve our region’s transportation system by: Fixing potholes, repaving local streets, relieving traffic congestion; Improving street, highway and bridge safety; Making bike and transit improvements within and between communities; Increasing senior, veterans, disabled and student transit; and Providing safe routes to school. Shall San Luis Obispo County voters enact a half cent transportation sales tax, providing $25,000,000 annually for nine (9) years, requiring independent citizens’ oversight, where all funds stay local and cannot be taken by the State?

Shall the County of San Luis Obispo, commencing Fiscal Year 2015/2016, and annually thereafter, impose, levy and collect a special tax on real property within Road Improvement Zone – Leonard Place of County Service Area No. 21, to provide road improvements within said Zone, with the special tax to be at an initial rate not exceeding $1,815 per parcel having a separate County Assessor’s Parcel Number and increasing not more than two percent per year thereafter?

Must an election be held prior to any permanent sale of water to any entity outside the Oceano Community Services District?
