Shall the measure establishing a 1¢ sales tax for general government use to maintain the City of California City's vital services, such as maintaining neighborhood police patrols, fire protection, 911 emergency response times, maintaining crime suppression and investigation, city streets and pothole repair, parks and recreation, job creation and economic improvement programs, senior and youth services, and generating approximately $700,000 annually, in perpetuity, with regular financial audits, independent citizens' oversight, and requiring funds be used locally, be adopted?

Shall the measure to extend the City’s special parcel tax on all real property within the City of California City, in an annual amount not to exceed $146.00, estimated to generate approximately $5.2 million annually, expiring in five (5) years, solely to fund essential public services, limited to city administrative expenses, personnel services, operations and maintenance, equipment, vehicles, supplies, capital outlays, law enforcement, fire protection, emergency medical services, and code enforcement, be adopted?

Shall an ordinance increasing the rate of the City of California City's Transient Occupancy (Hotel Guest) Tax, from 6% to 10%, raising an estimated $40,000 annually in additional general fund revenues until the tax is reduced or repealed by the voters, be adopted?

Shall a city-wide special tax of up to $150.00 per lot or parcel be approved for each of ten (10) fiscal years beginning July 1, 2012, for (1) police operations, training and supplies, personnel, equipment, law enforcement, dispatch, code enforcement, and animal control, and (2) fire prevention and suppression operations, training and supplies, firefighter and paramedic personnel, equipment and supplies?
