City of Canyon Lake

To continue life safety services/911 emergency response times; preserve local control; prevent cuts to sheriff's deputies, firefighters/paramedics; keep Canyon Lake Fire Station open; and other essential City services, shall Ordinance No. 177 be adopted continuing the existing, voter-approved 3.95% utility users' tax providing $1,000,000 annually until ended by voters, continuing to require independent audits, all funds used for Canyon Lake, with no tax rate increase?

To maintain Canyon Lake as an independent City providing effective 911, paramedic, firefighter services; maintaining sheriffs deputies/staffing levels; keeping Canyon Lake Fire Station open; preserving local control over land use decisions; maintaining Railroad Canyon Road/other city services, shall the City of Canyon Lake establish a 3.95% utility users' tax for 6 years, requiring no tax increase without voter approval; annual, published independent audits, and no money for Sacramento?

Shall Ordinance No. 148 enacting a special tax to fund the continuation of Fire Station 60 and to fund fire protection services in the City of Canyon Lake be adopted?

(Advisory) Should the area of Canyon Lake commonly known as Goetz Hill be graded for retail development?
