Shall the measure to eliminate the one percent sales tax approved by city voters in 2020 (Measure S), which applies within the City of Crescent City, thereby reducing funding available for general city services such as street maintenance/repair, the volunteer fire department, the Crescent City Police Department, the community pool, and other services, be adopted?

To support and maintain local emergency rescue services, including volunteer fire, medical aid and police response; improve staffing, training, and equipment for fire and police departments; repair potholes and maintain streets/sidewalks; support community health/wellness by funding city pool operations; and other general city services; shall the City of Crescent City's measure establishing a one-cent sales tax be adopted, providing $1,300,000 annually for essential city services until ended by voters, with citizen oversights, audits, and all funds controlled locally?

(INITIATIVE) An Initiative Measure to increase the County's Transient Occupancy Tax to Raise Funds for the Harbor for Specified Purposes

In order to financially support the operation, maintenance, capital improvements and debt service of the City’s sewer utility, shall Ordinance No. 792 be adopted to amend Chapter 13.30, Sewer Charges, of Title 13 Public Services of the Crescent City Municipal Code to (1) implement a consumption-based rate structure and (2) to provide for a net revenue increase of 5% to the City each year for the next four fiscal years (FYE 2017 through 2020)? (A “yes” vote approves the ordinance; a “no” vote disapproves the ordinance.)

Shall the office of the City Clerk be appointive?

Shall there be an ammendment to the municipal code mandating a moratorium on water flouridation in the city of Crescent City, California, until such time the flouridation chemical manufacturer provides to the public toxicological reports, a list of contaminants and their amounts, and a written claim for safety for all water consumers of their flouridation product.
