Shall the measure updating Culver City’s business license tax to either a flat tax up to $1,000, or 0.13%-0.35% of gross receipts (depending on business type), 4% for oil well operations, and an additional 0.01% for gross receipts over $100,000,000, exempting the first $200,000 in gross receipts, updating business classifications, generating approximately $10,000,000 annually, until ended by voters, for such general fund services as emergency response, parks, homelessness services, and requiring annual independent audits, be adopted?

Shall the measure amending the City of Culver City Charter to allow Culver City residents aged 16 and 17, who are otherwise eligible to vote under state and local law, to vote on City and School District candidates and ballot measures, provided that each legislative body has approved budgetary funds and determined logistical systems are in place, and that inclusion would not prevent consolidation of City or School District elections with county elections, be adopted?

Shall the measure adding Culver City Municipal Code Section 15.09.100 requiring voter approval of any ordinance establishing interim or permanent rent control or prohibition on residential rent increases in the City of Culver City, including any ordinance establishing rent control adopted by the Culver City City Council after January 1, 2019, be adopted?

Shall the measure to maintain essential services, including deferred parks/facilities/street maintenance, addressing homelessness, after-school/senior services, and economic recovery, by increasing the one-time 0.45% tax on real property sales, adding 1.5% on amounts from $1,500,000 to $2,999,999, 3% on amounts from $3,000,000 to $9,999,999, and 4% on amounts $10,000,000 and above, except for sales under $1,500,000, affordable housing, and first transfer of new multi-family properties, and providing $6,000,000 annually until repealed, be adopted?

Shall the measure to maintain 911 emergency response services by retaining firefighters/ police officers/ paramedics; addressing homelessness; fixing potholes/streets; maintaining storm drains, parks, after-school programs, senior services, and other general fund services, by continuing the voter approved one-half cent sales tax, generating approximately 9.8 million dollars annually, until March 31, 2033, requiring independent annual audits, all funds used locally, with no tax rate increase, be adopted?

Shall the measure to maintain 911 emergency response times by retaining firefighters, police officers, paramedics; fully staff neighborhood fire stations; fix potholes/streets; maintain senior services, after school programs, parks and other general fund City services, by increasing Culver City’s sales tax one-quarter cent until ended by voters with no rate increase, generating approximately $4,900,000 annually requiring independent annual audits, and all funds used locally be adopted?

Shall the measure amending Sections 606 and 1500 of the Culver City Charter to change the date of the City’s General Municipal Election for City Council Members from April of even-numbered years to the date of the statewide general election, currently held in November of even-numbered years, effective in 2020, in accordance with the California Voter Participation Rights Act, be adopted?

Shall Culver City adopt a measure funding fire/paramedic/police protection, road repairs, youth programs, parks/recreation and other general municipal services by taxing commercial marijuana cultivation at $12.00/square foot and gross receipts of marijuana businesses not exceeding: 6% manufacturing/distribution; 8% medical retail; 10% adult use retail; and 1.5% testing; raising approximately $1,200,000 annually, until ended by voters, requiring audits and compliance with laws protecting public health, safety and community standards?

Shall Section 607 and Section 700 of the Charter of the City of Culver City be amended to change the appointing authority and the reporting responsibilities of the Fire Chief and Police Chief from the City Council to the City Manager?

Shall Section 602 of the Charter of the City of Culver City be amended to provide for the ineligibility of a person who has resigned from the City Council to run for the Office of City Council Member for a period of two years from the date of such resignation?

Shall Section 608 of the Charter of the City of Culver City be amended to authorize the City Council to determine the dates of Regular Meetings of the City Council?

To protect public health/groundwater supplies and prevent toxins and pollutants from contaminating local waterways, creeks and beaches, by improving storm drains/infrastructure to capture/clean urban runoff; preserving open space; and complying with clean water laws, shall Culver City establish a $99 clean water parcel tax; generating approximately $2,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring independent audits, public oversight, low-income senior citizens discounts and local control of funds?

To offset state budget cuts, preserve quality neighborhoods and ensure effective 911 emergency response by retaining firefighters, police officers, and paramedics; fixing potholes/streets; maintaining parks, community centers, storm drains; continuing after school programs, senior services, graffiti removal, arts/cultural programs, and other general services, shall Culver City enact a half-cent sales tax, automatically expiring after ten years, requiring independent financial audits, all funds used locally, and no money for Sacramento?

To preserve funding of essential general city services including: public safety; street/park maintenance; senior services; job creation; business development; shall Culver City increase the existing Transient Occupancy Tax, ("hotel room tax"), charged only to persons who occupy hotel/motel rooms in Culver City, from 12% to 14% on July 1, 2012, with expenditures approved through general fund budgets adopted in open public hearings, subject to annual audits?
