Shall Resolution 22-010 be adopted to approve a mixed-use innovation center with lab and research facilities, offices, market-rate and affordable housing, hotel/conference center, parks, and community sports fields, by amending the City of Davis General Plan to change land use designations for the Davis Innovation and Sustainability Campus 2022 (DiSC 2022) and Mace Triangle properties from Agriculture and Public/Quasi-Public to Innovation Center, Urban Agriculture Transition Area, General Commercial and Public/Semi-Public, and establishing Baseline Project Features?

Shall Resolution 20-110 be adopted to amend the Davis General Plan to approve a mixed-use development comprised of innovation center, housing, and retail uses, by changing the land use designations for the Davis Innovation & Sustainability Campus and Mace Triangle properties from Agriculture and Public/Quasi-Public to Innovation Center, Urban Agriculture Transition Area, General Commercial and Public/Semi-Public, and by establishing the Baseline Project Features?

Shall Ordinance No. 2581, which extends the sunset date of “Measure J” (Ordinance No. 2350 – the Citizens’ Right to Vote on Future Use of Open Space and Agricultural Lands) to December 31, 2030 and makes minor technical changes to the Ordinance, be adopted?

Shall the Ordinance extending the existing one percent sales tax with no increase to the current rate, providing approximately $8,600,000 annually until repealed by the voters, subject to annual review, with all funds staying local, and continuing existing funding for city services such as police, fire, recreation programs, city roads, sidewalks, bike path maintenance, and other city services, be adopted?

Shall Resolution 18-094 amending the Davis General Plan to accommodate a senior housing development by changing the land use designation for the West Davis Active Adult Community property from Agriculture and Urban Agriculture Transition Area to Residential Medium Density, Residential High Density, Neighborhood Mixed Use, and Urban Agriculture Transition Area, as set forth in the Resolution and establishing the Baseline Project Features be approved?

Shall Ordinance 2521, which renews the existing Park Maintenance Tax of $49 per year on residential units and on nonresidential units in amounts specified in the Ordinance, for 20 years, adds an annual 2% inflator, and is expected to generate $1.4 million in the first year to fund maintenance of parks, street trees, greenbelts, bike paths, medians, public landscaping, urban wildlife and habitat, swimming pools, and public recreational facilities, be adopted?

Shall Ordinance 2522 be adopted to add Article 15.21 to the Davis Municipal Code to establish a Street and Bike Path Maintenance Tax of $99 per year on residential units and on nonresidential units in amounts specified in the Ordinance, to fund maintenance of streets, bike lanes and paths, sidewalks, and related transportation infrastructure, which is estimated to raise $2.8 million, with a 2% annual inflator, for a period of 10 years?

Shall Resolution 18-023 amending the Davis General Plan to change the land use designation for the Nishi property from Agriculture to Medium High Density Residential and Natural Habitat Area, as set forth in the Resolution and establishing the Baseline Project Features for development of the Nishi Project be approved?

Shall Resolution No. 16-014 amending the Davis General Plan to change the land use designation for the Nishi property from Agriculture to University-Related Research Park, as set forth in the Resolution and establishing the Baseline Project Features for development of the Nishi Project be approved?

Shall Ordinance 2468 be adopted to amend, effective August 1, 2016, Article 15.05 of the Davis Municipal Code to increase the City of Davis's Transient Occupancy Tax, imposed on occupants of short-term rentals such as hotel rooms, from 10% to 12%, and apply TOT to total rent paid by a guest for the short-term rental, including online travel companies, which is anticipated to raise $240,000 annually and will continue until repealed by City Council or city voters?

Shall Ordinance 2469 be adopted to add Article 19.04.100 to the Davis Municipal Code to establish a business license tax on non medical (recreational) marijuana businesses within the city of no more than 10% of annual gross receipts of the business, which is estimated to raise $200,000 annually if recreational marijuana sales are legalized and the City amends zoning to authorize marijuana businesses within City limits, and which will continue until repealed by City Council or city voters?

Shall Ordinance No. 2432, which would authorize the City of Davis to continue to collect a sales and use tax for general government purposes at the total rate of one percent through December 31, 2020, be adopted?

(INITIATIVE) Shall an initiative ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2405, which adopted increased water rates, and putting water rates in effect prior to May 1, 2013 back into effect, be adopted?

Shall Ordinance No. 2399 - be adopted, which grants permission to the City of Davis to proceed with the Davis Woodland Water Supply Project, to provide surface water as an additional supply of water, subject to the adoption of water rates in accordance with the California Constitution (Proposition 218)?

Shall Ordinance No. 2387, which extends for six years the existing Parks Maintenance Tax of $49 per year on residential units and on non-residential units in amounts specified in the Ordinance, to fund maintenance of parks, street trees, greenbelts, bike paths, medians, public landscaping, urban wildlife and habitat, swimming pools, and recreational facilities be adopted?
