Shall the measure to protect city services including police and fire , parks, bicycle and pedestrian safety, roadways and storm drains, by increasing the Transient Occupancy Tax up to 4%, raising up to $60,000 in additional yearly revenue the State cannot take away, and taxing rent charged to “hotel” guests, including by online travel and short-term rental companies, for transient occupancy, with annual independent audits, until ended by voters, be adopted?

Shall the City of Del Rey Oaks be prohibited from agreeing to or constructing any tunnel, including the one proposed by FORTAG under Highway 218 for access to the Frog Pond Wetland Preserve, and be limited to the use of Highway 218, General Jim Moore Blvd. and South Boundary Rd. for the construction or routing of any formal bike trails, or recreation trails within the City of Del Rey Oaks unless otherwise approved by the voters?

To preserve essential city services and facilities in Del Rey Oaks, including crime prevention, emergency response, repair of streets and sidewalks, and other city services, shall a measure be adopted to extend indefinitely the existing one percent (1%) transactions and use tax that provides approximately $600,000 annually in revenue to be used only in Del Rey Oaks, the proceeds of said tax to be utilized for general governmental purposes?

To protect the quality of life in the City of Del Rey Oaks and to fund essential city services such as police and fire, city programs, basic infrastructure and facilities, shall an ordinance be adopted to impose a tax of no more than 10% (5% when enacted) on gross receipts of cannabis (marijuana) businesses in the city, subject to audits, with anticipated revenue of $250,000, no termination date and with all funds staying local?

Shall an existing sales tax rate of one percent (1%), be extended for a period of not more than five (5) years, unless terminated sooner by the City Council, be adopted by the City of Del Rey Oaks, the proceeds of said tax to be utilized for general governmental purposes? The anticipated revenue of $300,000 annually is essential in continuing standard city services.

To preserve essential city services and facilities in Del Rey Oaks, including crime prevention and emergency response; repair of streets and sidewalks; and other city services; shall the City of Del Rey Oaks increase the transactions and use tax by an additional one half of one percent (.50%) to provide an on-going source of local funds to be used only in Del Rey Oaks, the proceeds of said tax to be utilized for general governmental purposes, protected from State takeways?
