Shall the measure maintaining local control of the City of Dixon's financial stability and essential services including 911 emergency response times, fire/paramedic protection; retaining/attracting firefighters/paramedics/police; preventing crime; providing safe routes to school; keeping public spaces safe/clean; attracting/retaining local businesses; repairing streets/potholes; by establishing a 1 ¢ sales tax until ended by voters, providing approximately $3,000,000 annually, requiring public spending disclosures/all funds used in Dixon, be adopted?

Shall the measure to maintain Dixon's essential services such as fire prevention; rapid 911 emergency response/neighborhood police patrols; disaster preparedness; crime/gangs/drugs prevention; street/pothole repair; attract/retain local businesses/jobs; and for general government use; by establishing a 1¢ sales tax until ended by voters, providing approximately $3,100,000 annually, with independent citizen oversight and no money that can be taken by the State, be adopted?

(INITIATIVE) Shall the measure adopting an ordinance that changes the office of the City Clerk from an appointed position to an elected position be adopted?

Shall the measure adopting an ordinance that amends the City of Dixon's water charges to repeal those charges established on January 22, 2019 by Resolution 19-010 and replace them with the water changes collected by the City of Dixon in effect on January 1, 2019 be adopted?

Shall the measure imposing a one-half percent (0.5%) sales tax in the City of Dixon, limited to a ten-year term, generating an estimated $1,400,000 annually, and limiting the expenditure of such funds to street maintenance and roadway improvements, such as the Parkway Boulevard overcrossing be adopted?

To help fund general municipal services, including but not limited to police and fire protection services, parks, recreation and library facilities, shall an ordinance be adopted to impose a business license tax at a rate of up to fifteen percent (15%) of gross receipts on marijuana businesses and dispensaries, if marijuana businesses or dispensaries are approved to operate in the City of Dixon?

Shall the office of the City Treasurer for the City of Dixon be appointive, with the first appointment occurring upon the expiration of the term of the current City Treasurer in 2016?

Will an ordinance relating to Additional City Government Meeting and Records Regulations be adopted?
