Shall an ordinance amending businesses taxes, including: $150 for specified businesses; for others, $150 up to five employees, $138 per additional employee, and $0.26 to $0.30 per square foot above 2,000 square feet; for apartments and hotels or motels, $150 up to three units or rooms plus $150 for each additional; sunsetting current tax credits; generating approximately $3,000,000 annually for public safety, maintaining parks and streets, and other general purposes, until repealed, be adopted?

Shall an ordinance be adopted to repeal the City’s current prohibition on commercial cannabis activities to authorize commercial cannabis retailers east of Pacific Coast Highway in the Multimedia Overlay District by right, if no less than 1,750 square feet, with sensitive receptor buffers and away from major arterial frontages, subject to a City permitting process; and authorize the City Council to subsequently regulate non-retail cannabis businesses?

Shall an ordinance (a “yes” vote taxing cannabis does “not” make cannabis businesses legal in El Segundo; it creates a tax in case a cannabis business ever becomes legal) funding general municipal expenses such as police, fire, streets, and parks, by establishing taxes upon cannabis businesses not to exceed $20 per square foot for cultivation and 10% of gross receipts for other cannabis businesses, until ended by voters, generating approximately $600,000 to $1,500,000 annually, be adopted?

Shall the office of City Treasurer be appointed, with the first appointment to be made upon the earlier of (i) the expiration of the term of office of the person elected to serve as City Treasurer at the March 3, 2020 General Municipal Election; or (ii) a vacancy in such office?

Shall the measure authorizing a three-quarter cent transactions and use tax (sales tax), which shall be imposed by the city when a county sales tax measure has qualified for a ballot and may continue to be imposed only if it receives voter approval, to fund general municipal services, for example, police and fire services senior citizen services, recreation services and street maintenance be adopted (generates approximately $9 million annually in perpetuity) ?

Shall the hotel tax measure which increases transient occupancy taxes on lodging from 8% to 12% (indefinitely increasing annual general fund revenues by an estimated $3,200,000.00) for all City services be adopted?

Shall the consolidated tax YES measure which; increases utility taxes on businesses by 2.5% and imposes a 2.5% utility tax on residents (both reduce by .5% after 3 years); increases transient occupancy taxes on lodging by 2%; reduces business license tax credits; and imposes a business license tax on commercially operated parking lots (except office visitor, employee, restaurant, hotel, theater, retail, and validated parking) for all City services be adopted?

Shall the ordinance amending El Segundo Municipal Code to transer all function of El Sgundo Fire Department to the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County (AKA the Los Angeles County Fire Department) be adopted?
