To maintain 9-1-1 emergency response times and the number of on-duty paramedics to respond to accidents/medical emergencies, shall the measure continuing the paramedic services special tax for four years at an increased annual amount of $94.50 per residence and per 1,500 square feet of non-residential floor area for fiscal years 2023-24, and thereafter increased $3 per year up to $103.50, generating approximately $353,000 annually for local paramedic services be adopted?

Shall an ordinance be adopted approving an eleven-year extension of Fairfax’s special municipal services tax of $195 in the first year and increasing $5 annually to a maximum of $250 for each business occupancy and dwelling unit, raising approximately $711,000 to $912,500 annually, to: Keep our local Police Station open 24/7; Maintain/enhance local Fire services and wildfire prevention efforts; Fund Public Works/safety projects; Maintain Youth/Senior programs; Continue the Citizens Oversight Committee?

Shall the measure continuing the special tax for paramedic services for four years in the amount of $79.50 in the first year and increasing $4 annually to a maximum of $91.50 per taxable living unit, or per 1,500 square feet of structure on a developed parcel in nonresidential use, which will annually raise approximately $296,000 beginning in year one, and increasing the appropriations limit by the amount of said tax be adopted?

Shall the Town of Fairfax extend the existing one-half percent local sales tax and increase the rate by one-quarter percent to provide funding that cannot be taken by the State, and can be used for a period of 10 years subject to annual independent audits to maintain and enhance quality public safety and general services, improve infrastructure such as repairing sidewalks, pedestrian trails, repaving streets, and enhancing downtown, while retaining Fairfax’s character?

Shall an ordinance combining Fairfax's existing $50 annual general tax with our $125 special tax and a $20 increase be adopted approving a five-year renewal of the special Fairfax municipal services tax of $195 annually for each business occupancy and dwelling unit, in order to: Keep our local Police Station open 24/7; Maintain Fire Department services; Provide funding for Public Works/safety projects; Enhance Youth and Senior programs; and Continue the Citizen's Oversight Committee?

Shall there be a continuation of the four year special tax for paramedic services in the amount of $57 in the first year and raising the tax $6 annually to a maximum of $75 per taxable living unit, or per 1,500 square feet of structure on a developed parcel in non-residential use, with the appropriations limit increased by the amount of said tax for the next four years?
