Shall the measure to impose term limits for City Councilmembers by amending the Folsom City Charter to require that after serving 4 consecutive 4-year terms, a City Councilmember is not eligible to run for the City Council or to be appointed to a vacancy unless a period of 4 consecutive years have elapsed since their last service on the City Council, be adopted? No new City powers will result from adoption of the Charter Amendment.

Shall the measure to enact a 1/2 percent transaction and use tax (sales tax) for 10 years, providing approximately $8.4 million annually for general governmental purposes such as capital improvement projects for transportation and traffic improvements, parks, trails, and bike paths; promote economic development, fire, paramedic, police emergency response and crime prevention programs; and expand parks, recreation, senior, library, education, arts, cultural and historical programs, requiring independent audits, with funds remaining in Folsom, be adopted?
