Shall the measure for general governmental uses such as reducing the risk of catastrophic wildfire and extreme weather by funding additional firefighters, vegetation management, and emergency evacuation planning by adopting a general, 3/8-cent (0.375%) sales tax raising about $3.4 million yearly, with yearly audits and a citizens’ oversight committee, effective for 7 years unless voters end it sooner, be adopted?

Shall the Ordinance funding essential public safety services, recreation, streets, parks and other general City services by imposing a yearly cannabis (marijuana) business license tax of up to $7.00 a square foot of commercial grow area, 8% of retail receipts and 6% of other receipts, with an additional tax on highly potent products, to last until amended by voters generating approximately $250,000 a year with all funds staying local and subject to audit, be adopted?

Shall the measure expand funding for such general fund purposes as increased police and fire services, enhancing parks and recreational services, and improving streets and sidewalks, with all funds staying local and all expenditures subject to an annual audit by an independent citizen oversight committee, repealing the existing ½ percent City transaction and use (sales) tax, and replacing it with an ongoing 1 percent sales tax, which will raise approximately $5,400.000.00 annually, be adopted?

Shall the Grass Valley Charter of 2012 be adopted to update the City's 1953 Charter to remove outdated language and to reflect changes in the City and in the law that applies the City since 1953?

For such general fund purposes as restoring police and fire staffing, replacing police and fire equipment, and repairing City streets, shall a half-cent ($0.005) transactions and use tax ("sales tax") be adopted, requiring yearly review by an independent auditor and by a Citizens Oversight Committee, provided the tax must end in 10 years and may end sooner if other City sales taxes return to 2007 levels before then?
