Shall the City of Kerman approve a 3/4 cent sales tax expended only for construction of senior center, regional fairgrounds, police station, animal kennel, and similar projects, and downtown revitalization up to 10%, estimated annual amount $650,000, for 15 years, subject to audit, review, and Citizen Oversight Committee?
