To provide funding to maintain City services, including public streets, storm drains, pothole repairs, wildfire preparedness, number of police officers, traffic safety, senior and youth programs, and other general city services, shall the measure enacting a 1/2¢ sales tax for 7 years generating approximately $2,400,000 annually with yearly financial audits, public review of expenditures by a citizen oversight committee, and all funds benefitting Lafayette be adopted?

Shall the legislative actions in Ordinance #641 approving the Homes at Deer Hill Project, which include a rezone from Administrative/Professional Office (35 units/acre) to Single Family Residential District-20 (2 units/acre) and to Planned Unit Development to provide 44 single-family homes, and a Development Agreement to provide 11 acres, which include parklands, a sports field, a dog park, a tot-lot and a multi-use trail, be adopted?

To provide funding that will stay 100% in Lafayette, to maintain the City’s quality of life by funding general City services prioritizing: Protecting open space; Reducing downtown congestion; Enhancing police protection; Increasing downtown parking; Acquiring land for downtown parks; Revitalizing the historic Park theater; shall the ordinance enacting a general 1% sales tax, for 29 years, providing $3 million dollars annually, with citizens’ oversight, all funds spent in Lafayette, be adopted?
