Shall the proposed ordinance to amend the Laguna Beach Municipal Code to: (1) create an Overlay Zoning District covering all property in the City located within 750 feet of the centerline of either Coast Highway or Laguna Canyon Road/Broadway; (2) establish special requirements for any Major Development Project; and (3) require voter approval for any Major Development Project that does not conform to the special requirements and projects causing cumulative effects, be adopted?

Shall the proposed ordinance to amend the Laguna Beach Municipal Code to: (1) create a Laguna Hotel Overlay Zoning District covering all property in the City located within 1,000 feet of the centerline of either Coast Highway or Laguna Canyon Road/Broadway; (2) establish special requirements for any Hotel Development Project; and (3) require voter approval for any Hotel Development Project that does not conform to the special requirements, be adopted?

Shall the proposed ordinance to amend the Laguna Beach Municipal Code to: (1) create a minimum hourly wage for hotel employees of $18, increasing annually; (2) establish workplace standards and protections for hotel employees; (3) authorize the City to adopt administrative regulations to implement the provisions of the ordinance; and (4) authorize the City and others to enforce the provisions of the ordinance, be adopted?

Shall the measure to improve emergency evacuation and access routes, 9-1-1 emergency response in case of disaster, and help reduce wildfire risk by moving overhead wires underground on Laguna Canyon Road, key evacuation routes, and other areas, and providing other fire safety measures and improvements, by levying a one-percent (1%) dedicated sales tax for 25 years raising approximately $5.6 million annually, requiring financial audits, with all funds for Laguna Beach only, be adopted?

(INITIATIVE) Shall an ordinance rescinding the City of Laguna Beach's prohibition of medical marijuana dispensaries, allowing for one dispensary for every 10,000 residents, and adopting regulations providing for administrative approval process, operator priority registration, operating standards, distance requirements from residential areas and schools, and which could allow the sale of marijuana for recreational use, known as An Initiative Measure Rescinding the City of Laguna Beach's Ban on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Authorizing the Operation and Regulation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, be adopted?

To provide services and improvements needed to accommodate millions of annual visitors, protect beaches from pollution and provide fire, police protection and emergency response, parking, utility undergrounding to prevent fires and power outages, and other services and improvements, shall City of Laguna Beach adopt an ordinance increasing transient occupancy taxes paid only by hotel and other rental guests from 10% to 12% until ended by voters, providing approximately $2,000,000 annually, with audits, all funds only for Laguna Beach?

Shall an ordinance be adopted to impose a parcel tax of $120 per year on each parcel of property in the City, unless exempted, for a twenty-year period for the acquisition of land for the permanent preservation of open space with the City?
