City of Lake Elsinore

To provide funding for essential city services including: 1) Reducing gangs, drugs and crime; 2)Providing fire protection, paramedic,  and quick 9-1-1 emergency response; 3) Fixing streets and potholes; 4) Addressing homelessness; 5) Keeping public areas safe, healthy,  clean and graffiti free; 6) Supporting local businesses shall a City of Lake Elsinore Ordinance establishing a one-cent sales tax be approved, providing approximately $10,000,000 annually for general city services until ended by voters, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and all funds controlled locally?
