Shall the measure to continue – without increasing taxes – a local general tax originally approved by voters in 2016 for general government use including keeping the Loomis Library and Community Learning Center open and continuing to provide library/learning center services and access to computers and technology, by extending the existing one-quarter percent transaction and use tax until ended by voters, and providing approximately $925,000 each year subject to annual audits and public review, be adopted?

Shall the office of town clerk be appointive?

Shall Ordinance 275, which rezones the Village at Loomis property, adopts a Preliminary Development Plan, and approves Development Standards for the project, be adopted?

Shall Ordinance 276, which approves a Development Agreement for the Village at Loomis project, be adopted?

To support the continued operation of the Loomis library, and for other general fund purposes, shall a quarter percent transactions and use tax ("sales tax") aising approximately $250,000 annually be adopted for a period of ten years, subject to annual audits?

(ADVISORY) If a local transactions and use tax is enacted in the Town of Loomis, should its revenue be used predominantly to support the continued operation of the Loomis Library?
