Shall the City adopt Ordinance No.1752 establishing a 5%, but not to exceed 10% tax on businesses selling cannabis products at retail stores in the City to help fund City general fund services such as senior citizen programs, City beautification efforts, enforcement of illegal cannabis operations, public safety, housing programs, recreation services, infrastructure, and homeless reduction and other City efforts?

Shall the ordinance limiting the number of four-year terms that may be served by members of the Lynwood City Council be limited to three consecutive terms prospectively be adopted?

To protect, maintain and enhance vital public safety services, infrastructure needs including streets, utility maintenance, park and recreation services including programs for youth and seniors, and other essential services, shall the City of Lynwood impose a three percent (3%) privilege tax on the gross receipts of for-profit hospitals operating within the City of Lynwood? All funds to be deposited in Lynwood general fund.

To protect and maintain vital city police services, fire protection, street and pothole repair, parks and recreation programs; and other essential services, shall the City of Lynwood remove the 10 year sunset provision from the existing one cent sales and use tax? All funds remain in Lynwood.

To help maintain vital city services including emergency response, neighborhood police patrols, drug and youth violence prevention programs, fire protection, street and pothole repair, parks and recreation programs; and other essential services, shall Lynwood establish a Rainy Day fund to provide short-term funding for such general services into which ten percent of any 2016-authorized tax revenues shall be deposited and spent only in cases of fiscal hardship?
