To maintain critical City services, such as: street/ pothole repair; park/ recreation programs; enhance emergency preparedness for storms, flooding, wildfires; police 911 emergency response/ preparedness; storm drain maintenance; and for general government use; shall the City of Menlo Park measure be adopted raising the transient occupancy (hotel) tax from 12 percent to 15.5 percent, paid only by hotel/ lodging guests until ended by voters, providing an estimated $3,600,000 annually, that cannot be taken by Sacramento, including citizen oversight?

Shall the measure, which prohibits the City Council of the City of Menlo Park from re-zoning or re-designating certain properties that were zoned and designated for single family detached homes as of April 15, 2022, be adopted?

(INITIATIVE) Shall an Ordinance entitled “An Initiative Measure Proposing Amendments to the City of Menlo Park General Plan and Menlo Park 2012 El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan Limiting Office Development, Modifying Open Space Requirements, and Requiring Voter Approval for New Non-Residential Projects that Exceed Specified Development Limits” be adopted?

To partially restore the annual revenue loss of $1.2 million caused by the State's dissolution of the City's redevelopment agency, to maintain current City service levels for police, library, streets, sidewalks, storm drains, and parks and recreation facilities and programs, and to keep parity with neighboring cities' hotel tax rates, shall the City of Menlo Park adopt an ordinance to increase the transient occupancy tax on hotel guests from 10% to 12% effective January 1, 2013?
