Shall an Ordinance updating a transient occupancy tax (paid only by hotel and other short term lodging guests) to a 15% rate to continue funding vital Pacifica services, such as police, fire, 911 emergency response; street/pothole repair; youth/senior programs; adapting to sea-level rise; keeping trash off beaches; and generating approximately $720, 000 annually in additional revenue until ended by voters and subject to annual audits, be adopted?

(ADVISORY) Shall the City of Pacifica amend its municipal code to prohibit the ignition, use, discharge, or sale, of all State-approved "Safe and Sane" fireworks in the City of Pacifica?

To build a new Library that will eliminate building deficiencies like leaky roofs and deteriorating electrical wiring; improve earthquake/fire safety and disability access; enable modern computer technology and internet access; and provide safe spaces and study areas for teens and children seven days a week; shall the City of Pacifica issue $33,500,000 in general obligation bonds at legal rates, subject to financial audits and citizens' oversight?

(INITIATIVE) Shall the Initiative which amends Ordinance Number 391-C.S. to authorize up to 206 multi-family units of residential development at the Rockaway Quarry only under certain conditions specified in the Initiative measure entitled "Pacifica Initiative Amending Ordinance No. 391-C.S. To Authorize a Future Rezone of the Quarry Which Could Include Residential Development, Under Certain Conditions", be adopted?

Without raising the current 6.5% rate, and to fund fire protection; emergency services; police protection; Meals on Wheels and other senior citizen services; street, sidewalk and pothole repair; and other essential services, shall an ordinance be adopted to amend the City of Pacifica's Utility Users Tax adding telecommunications services, requiring equal treatment regardless of technology used, maintaining senior exemptions and adding independent citizens oversight, with all funds staying in Pacifica and no funds for Sacramento?
