Shall the measure, establishing, for 30 years, an annual special business license tax of up to $0.107 per square foot (subject to annual CPI adjustments) on distribution facilities, large truck storage businesses, and manufacturing businesses with large truck activity, annually collecting approximately $4,019,315 to be used solely for construction, improvement, operation, maintenance, repair and/or restoration of Perris public streets, roadways, sidewalks, roadway lighting, storm drains, traffic signals or other public improvements, be adopted?

Shall the measure known as the COMMERCIAL MARIJUANA DISTRIBUTION AND MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS TAX MEASURE, estimated to annually collect approximately $2.3 million from commercial marijuana distribution and manufacturing operations (through a maximum tax rate of ten cents for each $1 of proceeds), to be administered and implemented pursuant to Chapter 3.40 of Title 3 of the Perris Municipal Code, with no sunset clause, be adopted?

Shall the measure, establishing a lifetime term limit of three (3) terms served as an elected official in the City of Perris, including Mayor, member of the City Council, and City Clerk, in which the terms served by a person elected or appointed to one elected office shall not be aggregated with terms served by that person in another elected office, be approved?

Shall the ordinance known as the MARIJUANA DISPENSARY AND CULTIVATION TAX, estimated to annually collect $875,000 - $1,200,000 from marijuana dispensaries (through a maximum tax rate of ten cents for each $1 of dispensary proceeds), estimated to annually collect another $100,000 - $1,000,000 from marijuana cultivation (if cultivaton is allowed, through an annual maximum tax rate of $25 per square foot of cultivation area, subject to CPI adjustments), with no sunset clause, be adopted?

Shall the ordinance known as the MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY REGULATORY PROGRAM, which will regulate and authorize medical marijuana dispensaries through a permitting process; require security cameras, inspections, odor control, record keeping, employee background checks; limit locations to 600 feet from schools, residences, parks in only industrial or commercial zones; prohibit cultivation at dispensaries; be effective only if marijuana tax is approved; apply to recreational marijuana if allowed by state and local law, be adopted?
