Shall the measure to address the City of Rio Vista's budget deficit, maintain the City's infrastructure, and increase funding for city services such as roads, fire, police, parks, recreation, and other unrestricted general fund expenditures, by enacting a one percent transactions and use tax for a period of five (5) years commencing on April 1, 2025, that is projected to provide approximately $1,729,000 million dollars annually, with all funds locally controlled and subject to local citizen oversight, be adopted?

Shall the measure to support the continued operation of the City of Rio Vista's general services, including police, fire, parks, and other unrestricted general fund expenditures, by enacting a three-quarter (3/4) percent transactions and use tax for a period of five (5) years commencing on April 1, 2022, that is projected to provide between $1,149,000 and $1,344,000 of revenue annually, be adopted?

Shall the office of the City Treasurer for the City of Rio Vista be appointive?

To support the continued operations of Rio Vista general services, including paramedic services (first responders to a medical emergency and transport to a medical center or hospital, when needed), adequate police and fire protection, properly maintained community and neighborhood parks, and other city services, shall the existing 3/4-cent sales tax charged on purchases made in Rio Vista, generating approximately $784,000 annually, be continued for an additional five (5) years?

For a period of five (5) years, shall a three-quarter cent transactions and use tax to pay for general services for the City of Rio Vista, including police, fire, land-use planning and other city services, be adopted?
