City of San Bernardino

To prevent reductions to City services including public safety, 911 emergency response, gang/prostitution prevention programs, street/pothole repairs, park/library maintenance, youth after-school, senior and homelessness programs, cleaning public areas, retaining/attracting businesses, and other general services, shall a measure extending the City of San Bernardino's sales tax at a one percent rate, providing approximately $40,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring independent audits, oversight, and all funds used locally, be adopted?

Should the City of San Bernardino adopt the new Charter?

Shall the San Bernardino Medical Cannabis Restrictions and Limitations Act be enacted in the City of San Bernardino?

Shall the San Bernardion Regulate Marijuana Act of 2016 be enacted in the City of San Bernardino?

Shall San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 5.05 and Section 19.06.026, which prohibit the sale, possession, cultivation, use, and/or distribution of marijuana be replaced and repealed and allow the City of San Bernardino to regulate commercial marijuana activity?

Shall the amendment to the Charter of the City of San Bernardino that would eliminate a mandated automatic process for determining the salaries of the employees of the Police and Fire Departments of the City (hereinafter "Public Safety Employees") and replace that process with collective bargaining as provided by law be adopted?

Shall the amendment to the Charter of the City of San Bernardino altering the process by which city employees in the classified service may be discharged or reduced in rank or compensation be adopted?

Shall City Council Member Wendy J. McCammack be recalled?
