Shall the measure maintaining 9-1-1 emergency/fire/paramedic/police response, keeping neighborhood fire stations open; improving housing affordability; addressing homelessness; keeping public areas/parks safe, clean; maintaining library services; stormwater protection; improving natural disaster preparedness; retaining local businesses/jobs, and for general government use; by establishing a 1/2 cent sales tax providing approximately $15,600,000 annually until ended by voters; requiring audits, public spending disclosure, all funds used locall , be adopted?

Shall the City Council proposed measure to amend City Charter Section 519 to modernize public works contracting be adopted?

Shall the City Charter be amended to require City general elections to be held in even-numbered years instead of odd-numbered years?

Shall the City Charter be amended to reflect the City’s court-ordered switch to district elections, with six Council districts and the Mayor elected citywide, and including new special election requirements for Council and Mayoral vacancies?

Shall the ordinance entitled the "Santa Barbara Marijuana Control Act" which taxes marijuana businesses to help fund general city services, including crime prevention, police services, and zoning enforcement under state and local marijuana laws, at a rate of 20% of gross receipts for medical marijuana and non- medical marijuana and generating estimated revenues of between $1,100,000 and $2,200,000 annually, with no terminate date, be adopted?

Shall the City Council allow the construction of a public road and bridge on undeveloped City parkland where a bridge is necessary for a housing development, commonly known as Veronica Meadows, and provides public access along Arroyo Burro Creek?
